Your delivery charge is calculated based on your delivery address and your requested delivery date. In some cases, issues such as limited building access may affect your delivery charge.
CWS can deliver furniture in as little as 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). If you are needing a delivery in less than 48 hours, additional delivery cost may apply.
CWS accepts all major US Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, JCB and Diner's Club). We also accept bank Debit Cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Yes, CWS does require a credit check and may also require a security deposit.
Security deposits are equal to one month’s rental amount.
No. Most of CWS' rental inventory has been previously rented by other customers. Every item we rent is carefully inspected to ensure that each item we deliver to you meets our quality control standards.
Yes! CWS provides all the convenience of home. We have a variety of housewares packages that include essential items for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. We can also help you with refrigerators, washers, and dryers, if needed.
The easiest way to schedule your pickup is to email us the address for our rental and your desired pickup date. CWS requires minimum 15 day notice to arrange your pickup, however, our schedules fill up pretty fast - so the sooner you submit your request, the more likely your desired pickup date will be available.
Of course! Please contact your sales representative if you need to make changes to your lease after you've signed it.
CWS understands that sometimes things change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to work with you to help you meet your minimum lease term requirement. Please review the Early Termination clause in your lease agreement. If you have additional questions, please contact your sales representative.
Yes. If you would like to remove CWS' Damage Waiver Fee, simply contact your Homeowner or Renter's Insurance provider and request a 'Certificate of Insurance' (COI) listing CWS as an additional insured or a "Loss Payee". Contact your sales representative to email or fax it.
